Instagram Influencers Sued by Investors for Falsely Promoting Crypto Tokens

Instagram influencers Kim Kardashian and American boxer Floyd Mayweather have been sued by traders, accusing celebrities of falsely selling crypto tokens to mislead traders.

The lawsuit, filed by a New York resident who purchased EMAX tokens and misplaced cash, is proposed to be filed as a category motion in federal court docket in Los Angeles on Jan. 7, in keeping with the report from Reuters on Jan. 11.
